… and july’s challenge simply melted away ^^!
… ok I cheated ^^: I simply used some store-bought marshmallows and Italian cookies to assemble 9 cute cookies for this month’s challenge!
Yeah, they’re just perfect for a nice tuesday-breakfast this morning ^^.

:: how to
Slice the marshmallows in 2 and place one half on a cookie. Place them in the pre-heated oven for just some minutes. The marshmallows will expand and slightly brown. Take them out and let cool!
Melt 16 gr vegetable oil and 100 gr of the best dark chocolate. Dip in the cookies and let them cool on a cooling rack!
Enjoy ^^!

PS: The July Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Nicole at Sweet Tooth. She chose Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Cookies and Milan Cookies from pastry chef Gale Gand of the Food Network.

I was so late this month, too. Only made them last night. Quickly took a photo this morning, and managed to post them only 1 day behind. Great idea with the store bought marshmallow. I agree with Lisa. You wouldn’t have known!
