What inspires you to write a food blog? I have such a passion for food and food photography that I wanted to share it with others. I was inspired by the many amazing food blogs out there, there are so many great ones, I wanted to be involved.

Which cookbook can you not do without? That’s a hard one. I have a ton and I always seem to be adding more to my collection. I would say; Donna Hay’s, Street Food, and some of Bill Granger’s.

Tell us something about food from your part of the world? To tell you the truth I’m not really sure what Canada is known for in the food world. Maple syrup infused everything? lol

Which other food blogs do you read regularly? Er… where to start? There are so many great ones; La Tartine Gourmand, 5 Types of Sugar and other Treats, and Tartlette. All of these blogs have interesting recipes and amazing photography!
