What inspires you to write a food blog? My ever hungry boyfriend :). He and my little brother are my tasting team and the judges of my food.I enjoy feeding people so much and sometimes, I can be very pushy about that ;). I’ve been making cakes with my mother for as long as I remember. No formal training, just my mom’s notes and advices.
Which cookbook can you not do without?I am testing recipes for Farida’s (http://www.azcookbook.com/) new cookbook at the moment and although it’s not published yet I can say that this is my favorite cookbook. I loved each and every recipe I made and am always thrilled when I see another email from Farida in my inbox.
Tell us something about food from your part of the world? Slow, comfort and delicious food. And big juicy portions. Pljeskavica, sarma and ćevapi. I’ve seen people writing all kinds of Omnivore hundred, but I tell you, these three are enough :).
Which other food blogs do you read regularly? First of all, The Pioneer Woman Cooks and MattBittes. I am simply in love with them both :). I also adore Eryn et sa folle cuisine, she makes the most beautiful cakes and FXcuisine who is always new and inspiring. These are not the only ones that I read. I have over 300 subscriptions in my Google Reader and follow them all.
