What inspires you to write a food blog? Food is such a passion for me, like it obviously is for so many other bloggers, that I figure it’s best to channel the energy into something creative and (hopefully) useful like a food blog rather than just going from one meal to the next fantasizing about what’s going to make an appearance on my plate.

Which cookbook can you not do without? There are many, but ExtraVeganZa was one of the first I purchased, and a strong favorite.

Tell us something about food from your part of the world? Being that I was born and raised in Switzerland, I never knew about chewy cookies before setting foot on American soil. Turns out I’ve learned to love the type even more than crispy cookies. Who would have thought?
