Is there a better thing than to start a sunny day with panna cotta and strawberries? So here it is: My very own and favorite panna cotta recipe!

***
Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 40 gr confectioners sugar
- vanilla
- 4 sheets of gelatine
Step by step
1. Stir gelatine-sheets in cold water. Set aside.
2. In a pan, stir together the heavy cream, sugarand vanilla, and set over medium heat. Bring to a full boil, watching carefully, as the cream will quickly rise to the top of the pan.
3. Heat the gelatine quickly and pour it into the cream, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and pour into 4 small dessert cups.
4. Cool uncovered at room temperature. When cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, but preferably overnight before serving.
